Lunch on Wednesday was at Harrisdale, the agricultural conference center. Lavon Eblen, standing right, prepared organic foods for lunch -- oven-roasted chicken, vegetables, fresh tomatoes and rice. Cookies and table grapes from the ISU farm were served for dessert. Mona and Bassem were accompanied by Paul Walther, Lila Jean Jensen, Dave Best and Margaret Magill.
