JHAH Delegation visit to Egypt

November 2005

El Fashn: Older youth working at the business. Salam City: Meeting with the group El Salaam, "Servers of the Bible." Salam City: El Saalam is working toward cleaning up streets and installing street lights. They are working on child labor issues, as well. Maadi: This association is a new member of the Network becoming active in 2002. The board of directors shared their focus for reforms in education and in behavioral and emotional care of the poor. This dinner, with Rabab (second from left) and her husband, Adel (far left), and family was the feast at the end of the Fast of Ramadan. Rabab also visited with the 2004 Egyptian delegation.
Cairo: The delegation attended the celebration of the 150th Anniversary of the Synod of the Nile. Cairo: The delegation met with the Network for their regular meeting. The Network's focus is advocacy for people, primarily children, with disabilities.
 
Cairo: Delegation and Network members met in small groups, as well.

Gindy Rizk with staff and volunteers of his El Saray church. Among other social action programs, his church has a boarding school for disabled children.
