Joining Hands is a program that builds bridges of solidarity between coalitions of churches in the United States and networks of overseas churches, grassroots groups and non-governmental organizations (NGOs).

The focus of this program is to address the inequities and suffering resulting from the spread of globalization around the world, through community education, advocacy, alternative economic activities, lifestyle changes and spiritual grounding.

Joining Hands is an initiative of the Presbyterian Hunger Program.

Together for Family Development is a network composed of a group of civil society organizations working in various areas of development in collaboration with international networks, which believes in democratic decision-making, transparency and accountability. This network aims to improve the quality of life of marginalized families by alleviating poverty via awareness-raising and advocacy, research and studies, and institutional capacity building.
